PROBLEM WITH CONTACT US FORM

I RECENTLY CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO MY OLD ONE ( CEO@WEARETHEFRANCHISE.COM) BUT THERES NO WAY FOR ME TO CHANGE MY PRIMARY EMAIL TO NEEDDNA@GMAIL.COM... IVE TRIED TO USE IT AND EXPLAIN MY SITUATION AND GIVING MY NEW EMAIL BUT NO REPLY. HELP!
