How to indicate support for both Remote and Controller

Our game, Hardwood Solitaire IV, supports both the Remote and the Controller. But when you launch the game with the remote it warns that it requires the controller. Also in the more info it only lists support for the Controller. How do we indicate that it also supports the Fire TV Remote?

Hi galaxi76, Thanks for posting. We have replied to you message on 6 January, however if you haven't received it please check your Spam folder, make sure your email service is not blocking those emails, and I will also reply here. Basically, you have to follow the guide to correctly implement support for controllers: https://developer.amazon.com/public/solutions/devices/fire-tv/overview/supporting-controllers-on-amazon-fire-tv Specifically, check the 2 most commonly used ones: remote controls and game controllers. Here are their references to guide your development: Remote control: https://developer.amazon.com/public/solutions/devices/fire-tv/docs/amazon-fire-tv-remote-input Game controller: https://developer.amazon.com/public/solutions/devices/fire-tv/docs/amazon-fire-game-controller-input As for the incorrect message about the game controller: In some cases the system will show a message saying 'Game Controller Not Detected - It appears that requires a Game Controller that is not connected to your Fire TV'. And if your app does not require a game controller, then to mark your app as such, you can add a note to Amazon testers when you submit your app. During the submission process after you click the 'Submit App' button at the end, there will be a text field for you to add any notes to Amazon testers team. They will then mark your app as not requiring a game controller and so that message will not be displayed during app's launch. If the app is already submitted, then switch to the 'Review Status' tab (the last tab after 'Binary File(s)'), click the 'Details' button and in the next screen submit your request in the Feedback form. Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you, and if you have any further questions, please let us know.
