Layout vastly different on my device compared to Amazon Testing

Really stumped on this one. We submitted our app to Amazon and it was rejected because of some large alignment issues. Here are the screen shots: http://imgur.com/O82HN3l http://imgur.com/IJrWyQ5 However, when we load the app on our FireTV device, the layout is perfect as you can see in these screen shots: http://imgur.com/tE8gp61 http://imgur.com/sDbOjAe http://imgur.com/Q4uASKP http://imgur.com/wmvjyju How is it possible that the layout is vastly different on our FireTV device when compared with theirs? Also, their screen shots look really small like a tablet. Shouldn't all FireTV devices display apps in the same manner? Any help you can provide would be great. Thank you.
