I haven't been able to find support for the FireTV, so if I missed some way to contact support please let me know. My FireTV is not working now, I turned on my TV and all I see is the Amazon logo. I tried unplugging and plugging back in and it stops at the Amazon logo and the white light is cycling from bright to dim to bright and so on. Is there any option for a factory reset on a FireTV that won't boot? I believe I had developer mode enabled on it, though I've been doing my development on one of my others so I haven't tried development mode in a couple months. I have used the FireTV within the last week, I think on Thursday night if not Friday night, so whatever happened was recent. Any ideas, or is there a better support avenue I should be using?
