2 misc questions (Stick)

1. Realize this is a long shot, but are there any ways to somehow when using the stick funnel the sound back to your receiver so you can play output through there, rather than through the TV? 2. Am just curious, but why when the Plex app is completely free to run on Roku, do you have to pay to run it on Fire stick? Why the discrepancy?
