ADS program discontinued / Submitting my App (Emma for Spotify) to FireTV

Hi, i submitted my app a few weeks ago. after 2 or 3 weeks the status is The ADS program is being discontinued and is no longer qualifying new apps or updates. So i am not able to distribute my App to the FireTV? if so, it is another reason to concentrate on the more developer friendly #AndroidTV Publishing on Playstore was no problem. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alexfillips.emmaTV regards Alex

Hi, Thank you for posting in the forums! The ADS (Amazon Developer Select) Program was a promotional program for qualifying apps. It was a purely optional program and ADS qualification did not affect the distribution status of your app on the app store. Please note that your app was tested for functionality and you were contacted with the test results along with any further action required from you. If you have further specific questions regarding your app, please sign into your developer's account and submit a "Contact Us" ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) with the name of your app. This will allow us to validate your identity and discuss app specific information in a context that will not expose your personal and proprietary information.
