Hello, We have an issue with the Developer Console > Reporting > Engagement section on our Fire TV Developer account For the 'App Installs' metric we're seeing extremely high amounts of installs on the days surrounding updates to one of our apps. By definition of 'App Installs', updates to newer versions of the app should not be included in the app installs report. Looking at our app sales report, the days where we release updates there are no spikes in app sales, so we are without a doubt confident that users getting the update to the new version of the app are included in the app installs numbers. Is anyone else seeing this issue? We really need to see a true number of installs, is there anyway to do this?
