Firestick wont calibrate for my TV display

Hello I just received the firestick 2 days ago, and I used the calibration settings to try to adjust it so my TV screen would fit, but I noticed that I can only move it up and down, but not sideways. The problem with this is that part of the screen is now missing on the side. This is somewhat problematic especially for the home screen because part of the words and characters are missing. Also the apps on the TV screen has words/ characters missing near the side of the TV. Is there a reason I can only make up and down adjustments? and not left and right? Is there/ will there be a fix to this? Thanks

Did you ever discover a fix? I am having the same issue. It was perfectly calibrated for the year that I have been using it and suddenly the display become super large. I cannot get an accurate calibration now. A factory reset did not help and after an hour on the phone with customer service I got disconnected.
