AVS connected home features is not support on this device ?

Was playing around the AVS on mac, but when I asked to turn off/on the lights, alexa replied "Connected home features is not supported on this device". Is there a plan of releasing the home automation module in the AVS? Thanks

You could do something along the lines of "Open Home Automation and turn off the lights" where "turn off the lights" is an utterance for the app "Home Automation."

I just found this forum and am reading around but i can say i was able to control Smartthings with the AVS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwbilYY7ce0

Hi Jeff, Unfortunately, that functionality is not currently supported. The product team is aware of this request, but as you may realize, we can't comment or speculate on future releases.
