Add ability to set acknowledgement word for Alexa

When talking to Alexa from other room or place where you can’t see if Alexa hears you or not. It would be nice if you could make Alexa respond “Yes” when you call her and then continue with your command.

This way you can hear when Alexa is really listening your requests.

There is a setting which makes small sound when Alexa reacts, but it is so faint that you can’t hear it to another room. A proper “Yes” would do the trick.

This would make communication with Alexa more close to communication with human beings..

In the Alexa app there is an option under settings>sounds>request sounds to play a sound at the start of a request and/or end of a request. This may help..

My request for this feature is based on my efforts to use Alexa to assist my father who is elderly and has dementia (and limited ability to learn new skills). He is getting used to the wake-up word but waits for a reply from Alexa before issuing his actual command/request - which I realized is actually a very normal conversation flow. I think this feature would more closely mimic normal conversation flow and make the device accessible to a wider audience.
