When someone's fallen and can't get up, Alexa can reach out to emergency services or an emergency contact. For example, dial 911 on the phone associated with the account. Or, establish an emergency contact in Alexa settings that can be "paged" (called/SMS/emailed/whatsapp/etc) to signal that help is needed. This is basically a request to provide capabilities similar to lifealert, where an person could use Alexa to signal a distress call.
