Merch login credentials separate from Seller Central/Amazon login

We need the ability to allow partners/vendors access to our Merch account, without also giving them complete admin access to our Seller Central and Amazon buyer accounts. Please either make the Merch account a completely separate login, or add it as a permissions option in Seller Central > Settings > User Permissions
