Have you yourself tiered up yet?

I guess it depends on what people are used to. Sure Amazon is great for the size of its customer base which helps lead to more sales for everyone, but...for anyone who has been selling on other print-on-demand platforms designs go live in mere moments 99% of the time, and they never get stuck in 'processing' for months, they don't go live with wildly incorrect prices, they don't have a restriction on the colours you offer, they offer multiple different product types within the same 1-upload-listing process, they give you analysis data for views etc, they let you have your own brand logos and "store" pages to direct people to, they don't delete your designs if they don't sell in an arbitrary 60-days, you can amend prices whenever you want with a click of a button which goes live instantly, same goes for changing available colors/styles/products etc... . So yeah, Merch is great as a new platform and one with lots of potential customers, but the reason there's so many un-happy posts compared to happy ones is that since it launched in September 2015 they haven't fixed any of the bugs, and haven't introduced any new features, updates, or (from what I can see) introduced any of the 'feature requests' that they asked users to make and vote on....So yeah, customer base is good, so there's that, yay :) lol
