Idea

This is something I'd very much like to see. Other parts of Amazon (like the app developer section) allow you to add multiple users to an account and manager their permissions. We'd rather not have everyone signed in to one Amazon account to manage our inventory.

This would be a great feature. It is much needed for all the reasons mentioned above.

I vote for this as well. I want my lead graphic designer to have access to my Merch account without giving her the password to my entire Amazon acct (I currently sell in volume on Amazon proper). I am using LastPass but this still gives her access to our bank account info for changes etc. I trust her but I really want to have more control over this.

Not a good idea, unless your team of submit"ers" are taught and informed of the rules and know what you know. I believe one moderator will follow the rules more and make things much easier to achieve success without issues. I have uploaded multiple styles and don't need a team to worry about issues. I've been doing this for 20 years...it's better one moderator who knows all the steps of clearing potential IP issues with styles and formats and knows how to apply the right style with the right body color. You don't want your account to be abolished because of a non-knowledgeable team member. You need the control. Once kicked out...that's it. Stay awake later and get up earlier and do it yourself. I do. And I'm 50.

Great idea and I'm willing to test the beta when Amazon Merch implements this feature ;) We have a couple of designers and it gets crowded to the point where we are scheduling them to only log in at a specific time.

I also would LOVE to see a user permissions added, similar to what we have in Seller Central. I am very bogged down with the processes of uploads and reviewing current listings for new TM, pricing, changing Keywords, etc.... It would be fantastic to have VA's who could help with this!
