There are two issues regarding Merch products being added to Amazon Wish Lists:
- The color and size for Merch clothing products are not being saved correctly.
My concern is that there will be a massive amount of returns during and after the holidays, due to individuals unknowingly ordering the wrong size and color off of their recipient's wish lists.
2. Wish lists are unable to pull the address for Merch products if there are no other items being ordered at the same time.
This can result in a loss of sales entirely if products are unable to be purchased off of wish lists.
The holidays are approaching us quickly and I feel this is a concern that all Merch sellers should be aware of.
So far, I have tried:
- Reaching out to Amazon Customer Support in July, but they were unable to understand the issue
- Reaching out to Merch Support in July, and their response was that my message was tagged as "Program Feedback"
