Today I want to propose that if a content policy violation occurs, referring to trademark or copyright infringement, Amazon doesn't immediately deletes a product or design. I have faced this topic today and before:
- In July Amazon informed me that"it seems" I violate a copyright and removed my designs, so that I have to provide information that I can do this. It took till end of October Amazon accepted the approval by the rights holder. But the product listing was gone and so were the good reviews I got.
- September/October somebody told Amazon I'd infringe his copyright. Well, the gentleman didn't own the design I investigated, but Amazon demands me to find a solution with the deceiver(!).
Because of this experience I suppose that Amazon unpublishes and locks the designs instead of deleting them. So they can be unlocked. Else it feels terrible.
Amazon has the abilities to make it happen, so please don't limit yourself. You can grow fast even by adding more functionalities.
