I have noticed that when users submit a glitch/bug report to Merch by Amazon, we are often lied to. For example, the response may tell us that the glitch is not a glitch, but just Amazon limiting sales due to overwhelmingly positive response. Other times, the bots will lie and say it is because some made up 7 day waiting period has not elapsed yet. This is crap, and you know it. You should tell content creators the truth, even if it is simply you are aware of the bug and are working on it. To tell us that there is no bug really hits at your credibility.
