Enable custom skill from flash briefing

Hi,

I would like to have a custom intent inside a Flash Briefing Skill.

Alexa should play my Flash Briefing to a user, and then ask him (inside the Flash Briefing), if he would like to "Learn more", by enabling a custom skill.

If user says yes, then this intent should enable a custom skill.
