I would love to see to all echo devices have automatic environment adaptive volume control.
For example the echo could realise that the ambient noise in the room is high and so alexa needs to speak a bit louder to be heard or that the room is much quieter than last time alexa spoke and so alexa doesn't need to be quite so loud.
Along the same lines there could then also be separate volume control for music and speech, this way when you finish listening to music at an increased volume Alexa doesn't unexpectedly shout at you when next called upon.
