We need a Technical Issues spaces section where designers, developers can post issues with the software. This section should be monitored carefully to be sure that those who maintain the system get all the information they need to replicate the problem. There also needs to be a system whereby there is timely feedback on the status of the problem. i.e. 1. working on it. 2. Still working on it. 3. Testing. 4. request feedback 5. Close ticket.
If a request is closed before it is resolved, then a new request must be made.
