Date on home screen

Will it be possible to show the date on the home screen on the echo show. And also have the functionallity to show the full calender at a glance

We've been asking for years.. It's just mind blowing it's not there. Clock , weather, but no date? Why are they so stubbornly ignoring this request.

Absolutely 100% totally agree! It's unfathomable, perplexing, puzzling, why such an obvious feature would not be included right from the beginning. There's got to be some BS reason why it's lacking.

Yet in DND mode the date shows, as well as the temp and time. Date is a must have on the home screen, especially important for business (meetings, appointments) and seniors (appointments, medications), let alone regular show users.
