IDEA : ALL OVER PRINT! OR LARGER CANVAS PRINTS

I and my customers want me to make designs that reach all the way to the bottom hem of the shirt , sweater , or hoodie etc. Can you give options that allow for that ? Also allow the print to to overlap onto the arm sleeves and collar
