Can we get Forum Email or SMS Notifications when there are responses to questions we have asked or threads we have followed?

With the volume of questions asked and comments made on the forum, it would be VERY helpful to have a very basic notification system to pull you back to the forum when there has been activity on a question you have asked or thread you are trying to follow.
