Most t-shirts only take a few hours to complete publishing and appear on Amazon, but some t-shirts may still show the processing status for days or longer when not all workflows have completed. Some of these t-shirts may show the processing status but still be live and available for sale.
The Merch by Amazon team automatically detects these t-shirts and works continuously to complete publishing. No further action is required on your part and you do not need to reach out for us to take any action. During the time the t-shirt is processing, you will not be able to delete the t-shirt or edit the description. Once this issue is fixed you will see the t-shirt displaying as "Live" in the Manage tab of the Merch by Amazon portal.
