We’re excited to share that the Alexa Auto SDK is now generally available, simplifying the integration of Alexa into in-vehicle infotainment systems for automotive developers. The SDK adds functionality for calling and navigation and contextualizes the Alexa experience for the vehicle. It includes source code and function libraries in C++ and Java that enable vehicles to process audio inputs and triggers, establish a connection with the Alexa service, and handle all Alexa interactions. It also includes sample applications, build scripts, and documentation – supporting both Android and QNX operating systems on ARM and x86 processor architectures. Learn more.
