Summary:
At this time there is no self-service option to delete games from the GameOn Console. If you wish to delete a game from the GameOn Console, you can manually end each of your ongoing tournaments and then delete your upcoming tournaments. This option will keep your API integration intact and you will be able to create new tournaments in the future.
If you need a permanent solution, you can submit an inquiry via “Contact Us” to request the deletion of your game from the GameOn Console.
Please note: If we delete a game from the GameOn Console for you:
- All GameOn API integration for the game will end.
- All active tournaments will end.
- All upcoming tournaments will be deleted.
- All archived tournaments will be deleted.
