When contacting Amazon developer support or posting here on developer forums, you may be asked to provide your customer ID so that Amazon developer support can identify your apps and investigate the issue you are facing. The easiest way to find your Customer ID is to make sure you are logged in to your Amazon account in a web browser and then navigate to:
https://developer.amazon.com/mycid.html
Your customer ID will be displayed on that page. Please make sure that you are logged into the same Amazon account that you used to submit the app(s) that you are contacting us about. That will allow us to correctly associate your account and apps.
