I have make a Skill , and after that I had me write in for the goodie. Is it still valid?

This would depend on the date that this particular skill went live in the skill store, and if you applied for the monthly promotion within that same month. Additional terms and conditions can be found near the bottom of the following link:

I have applied for the october promtion, how can i find out that the skill has qualified for the echo dot ?
