Our game application is hosted on Amazon AppStore and included IAP's. Some players write that when buying in-game purchases, they ceased to receive Amazon Coins. These players wrote to your support and they sent them to us. How can we solve this problem in ourselves and is the problem really on our side? Can you help us?
