Why is wwaa@amazon.com not responding for days to a request to test a smart home device?

I've sent lots of emails over the last week to wwaa@amazon.com requesting information on how to submit an application for smart home device - nobody has answered any of them.

I have a device on amazon.com and a certified custom skill set. I understand that custom skill sets can be certified on a case by case basis BUT I have not heard anything back from anyone about how to move this forward.

Hi toastedowl. I've reached out to the team that manages that mailing list and they confirmed it is being monitored. Please be patient as the team works through the submissions and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
