Why are my own original designs hit with copyright?

I have submitted two shirt designs using my own artwork. They are associated with my own youtube channel with less than 10k subscribers. There are no parody type slogans that mimic any pop culture or anything that should be risky for copyright.

The designs are being rejected. When I send a dispute email I get a response in 24 hours from a bot saying I need a letter from the copyright owner and their contact info. I did include the Email address used in my youtube account and my phone number. I don't know how to get Amazon to realize these are my designs. Anyone seen this before?

Thanks for the question. Unfortunately we aren't able to help with inquiries related to rejected or removed designs, I would recommend that you continue to work with merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com. They should be able to provide you with more details on the reason that your design was rejected.

Elizabeth, I have emailed that address and I only get an automated response. Is there a phone number I can call?

When I send an email to that address I just get a robo-response telling me that I'm flagged because I have uploaded this design to my youtube/discord. I have already sent multiple emails, but I get the same robo-response every time. Is there a phone number I can reach out to, so I can talk to a person?
