How do I upload designs with my own IP and get them approved?

I was originally pointed to the Amazon Merch program because they were suggested as good way for game publishers to create T-shirts with their logos, characters, etc. When I joined, all the promotional materials for the program were about how you could put your game characters on shirts and even off the shirts within a game app.

I've put up a few random junk designs (none have sold) just to prevent the account from being closed for inactivity.

Now the Kickstarter for my game is about to go live in November and I'm trying to upload T-shirts with game images etc so that they are live when the KS launches and my images keep being rejected for Copyright violation because I'm using my game's art, logos, characters, etc.

Is there any way to make this easier?

Hi @Eric - thanks for the question. If you are having trouble with your designs being rejected I would suggest that you send an email to merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com with an explanation. They will be happy to provide you further information on the copyright rejections and help you get your original designs approved.
