is there anyway to get the vehicles which a user has maintained in the "your garage" section (https://www.amazon.com/gp/your-garage/) of a user ? Is this information on profile level or is there any other way like an API to access that informaton ?

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, Amazon doesn't provide a public API to access the "Your Garage " information programmatically. The information in the "Your Garage" section is typically managed and accessed within the Amazon website interface and is specific to each user's profile. If Amazon has released an API since then, I recommend checking their developer documentation or reaching out to Amazon directly for the most up-to-date information.
