Promotions console - live in-app items not showing

I'm trying to set up a price drop promotion for a limited time discount to my app's in-app items. However, when I go to the promotions console in the developer dashboard, the in-app items section shows the message "We're sorry, no matching apps found" when I have apps with in-app items live in the App Store. How do I get my apps and in-app items to show up here so I can set up the discount?
