Internal Server Error, can't submit update for almost 3 weeks now!

Hello we have been in contact with support in the last 3 weeks but it baffles my mind how the developer console still DOES NOT accept any changes we are trying to make. It doesn't matter if it is updating the screenshots or submitting a new APK every time we try to change or add a upcoming version nothing actually happens and when we try to press the save button we get the following screen

"Internal Server Error

We've encountered an unexpected error. Please hit the back button and retry your last operation or contact us."

This is super frustrating and it makes uploading future content to the Amazon store pretty much impossible. The support was not very helpful either - we even recorded a video that shows how the site does not work at all. Please fix this - it has been almost 3 weeks since we had an update ready and were really motivated to get it up to the Amazon store - and it is still not up to date!

Again, please fix this - your service is not working for us and it happened a few times now already.

Hi, We apologize for our delayed response. We do see that you did open a "Contact Us" case. Could you please indicate if you are still having issues logging into your developer's account? If so, could you please respond to the original case, or create another "Contact Us" referencing the original case number and providing as many details as possible, including your browser type and version, and approximately when you were seeing these messages (please include your time zone). This information will help us look into your situation. Thank you!

I cant join to Develop console,contact us not show anything.Error: "Internal Server Error We've encountered an unexpected error. Please hit the back button and retry your last operation or contact us."

Here's a gif of what we're seeing. http://smgstudio.com/transfer/tz%20error%20on%20amazon.gif we have this error on current version, upcoming version. We've then submitted it successfully and tried to add a new upcoming version with the same results

This is getting a bit ridiculous but your backend is still broken, still getting "Internal Server Error, please contact support" and it has been now almost [u][b]5 WEEKS.[/b][/u] - am I the only one who cares. [u][b]Shouldn't Amazon care about their developer relationships[/b][/u]? We can [u][b]STILL NOT[/b][/u] update our game Thumbzilla. I am already working on the next update here for the game but I am afraid if this matter is not resolved there will be no update no more on Amazon - and that would be very frustrating for both sides because we had great success with Thumbzilla and the Amazon platform.

I have a similar problem, after login get the Internal Server Error. It appears quite a few others do too. No answers from Amazon. Makes me feel Amazon is no longer interested in developers to have such critical issues that can't be fixed.

I'm one of the similar one, getting the same issue. for all kind of issue, amazon replays as fill the contact form and you will get help. even I tried that still the same problem.

Consistently getting "Internal Server Error." Cannot create account, cannot do anything. Cannot contact support, since it just goes to blank page. I want to create Alexa skills.
