Smart home skill approved but not in store?

My skill has been approved for >24 hours now but is still not visible in the US Amazon skill store.

How long does the process from approved to available usually take?

Skill name is "IR Controller"

I've filed a ticket with Amazon support and tried posting on Reddit to see if other developers could assist

I've heard nothing from Amazon and its been days since the skill was approved without it showing up for download or any communication. This has been very frustrating and my users are getting frustrated too. Only silence from Amazon. Is there anything I can do to get some assistance or information?
