Why am i getting "amazon appstore connection failure"?

Our channel is in live testing mode and every time I try to make a payment to view content in HD, I see a "amazon appstore connection failure" message. Why is this happening and how can we resolve it?

Hi there,

Thanks for posting! Could you please provide more details: what kind of app is that / technology used to create it; what kind of payment are you trying to make -- do you mean purchasing an IAP item? If so, as I wrote in my reply to your other post, I would strongly suggest to test all of your IAP implementations locally on device, before submitting your app to Appstore. That way you will get much better insights into how (and why) your code behaves, and be able to debug / fix it properly. Thanks!

When I go into my Appstore to download a game. It says that I need to connect to the internet
