Hey there, since Sep 9th I haven't heard back from the Promotion Team, the mail said to contact them if I would not get a response within 2 weeks (which I did not get), so I mailed them 4 days ago with no response yet but an automated case creation confirmation. I did not even get the automated mail with the original content I sent to Amazon which was promised to me in the first mail. So here I am sitting ducks with no response from any official channel so far, and the 30 days after promotions' end are now over as well.
Anyone heard anything about that promotions or ran into a similar issue? Any kind of news would be appreciated...
