Response Time for Custom Skill

hello, I'm wondering if there is a response time limit for custom skills. Essentially, I'm thinking about connecting my skill to a person that could type a response. Has anyone tried this? Is it possible?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how that would work. Regardless, responses would usually be within seconds, so timewise I'm not sure that would be feasible either.
