We are developing a smart home skill for our Home Automation Device and everything works perfectly when the lambda function is tested but the lambda function is not triggered at all when we test the Alexa skill. We have already checked and done the following :
Alexa Skill Id : amzn1.ask.skill.0ec640ec-10e7-4cd3-9a26-ea83e8717987
1) Added the Alexa skill as a trigger in the Lambda Function and enabled the trigger
2) The Lambda Function is in US-East ( N.Virgina ) region.
3) The Lambda Function works perfectly fine when we test it with custom inputs
We have already created a case to Amazon regarding this issue but have not got any response(its been 10 days already). We have a lot of customers requesting Alexa integration with our home automation device but we are not able to get it approved because of this issue.Im guessing it has something to do with the configuration
It would be great if anyone could look into this issue and help us out
