What can I do to test why my Alexa Skill that use to work fine isn't working 100% anymore? It won't keep constant connection to the custom skill server.

I can Access the skill, attempt to test it and get various results. It will work fine for 1 or 2 questions, then doesn't work at all. I went into the Dev Portal to manually test and I can keep trying to answer the questions I am being asked and it will eventually work, keep track of everything, log everything fine, then not work. I just keep clicking on the Test button until I get another response and eventually I will get another response, and it logs fine. Wonder why and how can I figure out what is going on. It works intermittently. My Error log in checking the signature and certificate checks isn't being triggered so when it connects, it connects fine without issue.

Did something update since June that I may not be aware of. This issue is happening on 2 difference servers. It did work flawless when I originally submitted the skill and it has been live for a few months without being touched.

Does the same thing happen if you try it via CLI?

I am trying to simulate calling the api via the ask cmd manager but I keep getting error and I think it's because I don't have the commands in the correct order. Is there a place that has basic documentation and examples on this? I wrote a custom API in c# and have it hosted on our own servers. Very hard to find any documentation on the way I did things.
