App Missing from Developer Account

I have tried several times with support to get this figured out, but when I went to log in on August 14th to my developer console, I was prompted to register (like I had never been there before). Once I completed the registration, there were no apps in the console.

I have a critical bug update that needs to occur, but no one in support seems to be helping, and its been nearly 2 weeks now with no access. I need help ASAP!

Oswald, I have done this and we are two weeks of waiting for half put together responses. Is there any way for someone beyond basic support to reach out to me? I am literally out of options.
