Unable to login and unable to see our app

We are unable to see our app on appstore and we are not able to login in developer.amazon.com

Our login email : cinesoftmedia@gmail.com

App name : cinehome

It's very important for us to quickly solve the issue.

Your account is banned, and they will send you to contact us form, while you need to wait for two month just to have a word, "[removed] you, your out !"
