Does audio playback have to be manually stopped?

My Skill has users request an audio file for a duration (10 minutes, 20 minutes, etc). I received certification feedback that when one of my audio files is requested for 10 minutes playback proceeds for 13+ minutes. The only problem is that the audio file they referenced in the certification feedback has a duration of 9 minutes 57 seconds. So there's no way it could have played for 13+ minutes!

Do I have to manually stop playback? When I test things seem to work ok.

I tried asking for more information but they have not responded for over 4 days so I'm hoping someone on the forums can help.
