My smart home skill not showing up in Alexa web app

Hello. What is the skillid of the skill that isn't showing up? Can you invoke it via voice on an echo or via echosim.io?

i have same problem.

-skill is workable after enabling but shownup

-smarthome skill also no show before you can discover.

pls advise
