Alexa app don't update when receiving cards

Hello,

Either on alexa web app or on my phone app, when I send cards I have to reload te page or close-reopen the app to see the new cards. Is there any way the app can update the cards live ? How ?

N.B. : I'm using alexa-sdk and this.emit('askWithCard',...) command line
