Why we can't see nothing in REPORTING

Amazon underground team Our app has been online on Amazon underground app store since June 2nd, but we can't see nothing in REPORTING. 0 minute app usage, and 0 gross revenue. Would you please have a check and tell us why nothing is reported in ‘REPORTING’? Does it mean that no one download and use our app?
