While waiting for my Merch account to be reviewed I sold my shirts on Amazon with Printful fulfillment. To help tier up and hopefully avoid the long Printful fulfillment process I uploaded my best selling design to Merch with the intent of removing it from Amazon Seller store once approved. This is a Hockey shirt, with no team or copyrighted material. To my astonishment it came back rejected for copyright. I created the design, I own the website and brand in which it is sold on and my Merch account is using the same email address as my Amazon seller account. You think it would be pretty easy to verify. I emailed Merch hoping to resolve this issue and received a generic response.
Good Afternoon,
"We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of all t shirts and to accept or reject any t-shirts at our discretion. Due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot address specific areas of concern with our content guidelines. Please do not resubmit these t-shirts or similar t-shirts in the future."
I'm also concerned because I did resubmit the same design before seeing this email. Does anyone else have experience with this issue?
Thanks.
