New App is available in Appstore, but not compatible with Kindle Fire 7 (2015_

I have recently published an app to the Amazon Appstore, and it was approved for all devices. I can easily find the app on amazon's website.

The specific model I am trying to download on "KFFOWI" does not find the app in the app store, and when trying to install the app through the Amazon website, it tells me the app is incompatible with the "KFFOWI" tablet. The developer portal tells me that the app IS compatible with the "KFFOWI" tablets as seen in the screenshot.

Thanks for posting! Is this a multi-binary? Is the country you are downloading from / your Amazon account is in, supported? Otherwise, please login to your Dev Portal account and raise a "Contact Us" case indicating the app name / ID, and we will investigate. Thanks!
