App rejected twice with no explanation

We're trying to publish two Fire TV apps. The first version for both apps got released with no issues. We just added analytics code in next versions but got rejection email with a reason to fix app behaviour on returning from sleep mode. We submitted a fix but app got rejected twice since then with no proper explanation for rejection.

We get a standard response:

"We consider a variety of factors as we evaluate each app, including the customer experience offered on the device and compatibility with the device. While our goal is to offer a broad and compelling assortment of apps to Amazon customers, not all apps available through Amazon Appstore are currently available on Amazon devices."

and now have no clue on why apps are rejected. I see several other posts complains on confusing feedback:

Also created a support case (Case# 2204892831) via contact us form on May 19th but haven't received a response. Would appreciate if someone from Amazon can provide us with proper reason why the apps are being rejected. If it is content related, we would want to know what content is not accepted. Thank you.

Thanks Melody. We got same ambiguous message in the email:

"Thank you for contacting us. We consider a variety of factors as we evaluate each app, including the customer experience offered on the device and compatibility with the device. While our goal is to offer a broad and compelling assortment of apps to Amazon customers, not all apps available through Amazon Appstore are currently available on Amazon devices. Although this case has been resolved by our support team, if you have questions about this issue, it may be helpful to bring them to the attention of the person who opened the case. If further assistance is needed, please ask this person to reopen this case and we will be glad to continue to provide assistance."

We reopened case(#2204826991) to know more details 6 days ago but haven't heard back. We really don't know how to get in touch and know exact issues so posting it in public forum hoping for a quicker resolution.

Please let us know what content is not accepted or about issues in the app in response to above case. Thank you!

Hey guys, still haven't heard back. Can someone please investigate case# 2204826991 and get back to us with exact issues in the app that prevents it to be submitted.

Were you guys able to fix the issue? My app on Fire TV is rejected three times, the reason they give is the same canned response.

Funny thing is I raised a ticket on the contact us, asking for a little more explanation and how this issue can be fixed. The response they gave was the same canned response to which I asked the explanation for.
